You can rent the place with a $100 deposit they claim it will be returned to you after the event if there is no damage and a $200 rental fee for 4 hours of hall use. This does not include the use of the kitchen You would have to pay another $200 extra for that. So they claimed we could only stay in the place until 11 pm. We were not done removing all our belongings until 20min after. A couple walked in 10 min after 11pm and started cleaning while we were caring things out. We left and I thought everything looked good and there was no damage so I thought we owe nothing else and that they would shred or return the $100 deposit check. But Nop. it’s a month later and they deposit the check without warning causing me overdraft fees.
When I called inquiring about why was I being charged the $100 they responded that I didn’t follow the rules, so they claimed, because we went over the time.
I will not use them again and if you think you can’t get in and out with in their time frame, I don’t advise you to use them either or you will be out of $100.
