I had a great experience during the purchase of my vehicle, however there was a problem with the taxes I was charged during the process. I understand that errors occur, however the manager, John Eberline, called me to request I come into the dealership to correct the problem. During our phone conversation, John refused to admit that the error was on behalf of C Harper Ford and did not apologize. I had to verbalize the idea that I have no problem paying the difference in taxes, but the professionalism and lack of ownership related to the error was extremely dissatisfying. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experiences with this manager, John Eberline.
If you're looking for a new vehicle go see Scott Bickerton. He's very friendly, low pressure/not trying to force you into a car, very knowledgeable and honestly cares for the product he's selling. Great experience again for my second car through him personally and when the time comes, a third! Had a great experience with both cars he sold me.
