I bought two sweater-jackets. After the second time wearing, the cuffs/arms expanded to more than twice their size and pieces of the sweater literally began falling off, leaving holes. The elbows especially on one jacket is just bare thread. I washed one jacket once -PER THE INSTRUCTIONS. I wore the jacket maybe 10-15 hours (they looked nice, only wore when we went out to a restaurant).
The second jacket isn't as bad, but is doing the same thing. It's VERY VERY evident the jacket is DEFECTIVE. Yes - I sent photos to their complaint department -they acknowledged the problem.
These were on sale - even at that I paid around $100 for them. I made my first complaint ever, and after going back and forth for days - I was told they're sending me a $20 certificate.
After buying tens of thousands of dollars worth of clothing from Catherines over the past 10 years, this is NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
Corporate needs to see these pictures, I'll gladly send to you, or you can wait till I post on FB, blogs and everywhere I can think of.
