My agents were great. Dealing with the agency after their departure has not been as great.

Overall our experience being on the other end of this realtor service has been just awful. They will bend you over in every direction. I hope that they realize just because they have clients they should still maintain an upright attitude for every vested party involved. Out for themselves and make sure you have your ducks in a row because they will find any flaw to make you do something. Even if something is signed off good to go by certified contract workers.. they will make you pay and pay until they are happy with results even though it passes code
