If there was a way to leave zero stars, I would. After working with Dr. Pyles for decades, he was the absolute worst Doctor my mother could have had in the last year of her life. He needs serious sensitivity training. After contracting an infection from his surgery, Dr. Pyles replied, "you know you have limited time left on earth, right? So what, you want me to give you antibiotics for your infection? Okay fine, I guess you aren't ready to cash in your chips yet then." I could not stress enough how much of a JERK this man is. It's a shame that the wonderful Dr. Crake has to work with such a terrible person.
