I'll never deal with this company again. I ordered a mower part, which did not cost much, so I guess I was not spending enough to be important. They were to call me the next day when the part arrived. I waited all day but never received a call. I called them after 4PM and was placed on hold numerous times. After the third call I finally got a person at 5 min. before closing time. He said part was in but they did not get a chance to call me. It was now too late to pick it up. When I buy a new mower you can bet it will not be from them.
