Dr Vukovich is an awesome Veterinarian and our dog Rambo loves her! The only reason I only give 3 stars is because of the rude treatment one gets from the front desk ladies! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and not once did I feel welcome with my pet upon entering the building! I was in the office today, inquiring about my dogs upcoming shots, the lack of of knowledge and willingness to assist me was appalling! As someone mentioned before, I was completely ignored for at least a minute, before I could schedule an appointment! I am seriously considering looking for a new Vet, not because of the lack of professionalism by Dr V and the rest of the Vets, because I dread being confronted by such unpleasant staff!
