We took our hot tub pump in to be fixed (it was leaking). We asked for a quote before they fixed it. We left the pump there and awaited a phone call. A few days later, I received a call from a woman wanting to schedule an appointment to come to our house to fix our pump (but they had our pump - we had left it there). I called her back, but got her voicemail, so I left a message. I never heard back from her. Several days go by with no word on our pump, so I went in to inquire about it. The two clerks that were there called the warehouse they had sent it to, but no one seemed to know where it was. They said they would locate it and call me. A week went by, and we never got called. My husband then went in to inquire about our pump. They still could not locate it, but (again) said they would call us when they did. Again, a call never came. Several more days go by, and I receive a call that our pump is now fixed and ready for pickup (over a month after we had dropped it off). But we never received a price quote. They just went ahead and fixed it. When we went to pick it up, the store manager said there was no pump there. He had no idea what was going on. He did find it (it was at another location somewhere?) and offered free delivery for our hassle. We wanted to settle up our bill, and he told us the total was $50. Not bad! So we paid it. The next day, our pump was delivered to our home. Then a few weeks later, we get a bill in the mail for an additional $50+!! No explanation what it was for, either. We will never be doing business with this company again. This company and their employees have the worst communication skills I have ever experienced.
