I'm not sure what salon "Ryan" went to, but it most certainly is NOT this one. They are highly professional, yet down-to-earth and talented stylists. Ryan - I find your "review" classless and crude. I've always had a wonderful experience there, and hours are what they say they are. If your are unhappy, please do not patronize them. Take your crude businesses somewhere else.
