We Fix It iPhone Repair

The guys behind the counter were very informative on the process of repairing my phone. I would have given 5 stars, however no one addressed my presence when I arrived for pick up. A greeting and a "someone will be right with you" would have been nice.

My cellphone battery wouldn't hold a charge, and is not user replaceable, so I scheduled an appointment at Batteries plus bulbs Camp Hill store. Their staff was very helpful and professional and after about an hour or two my phone was returned to me. Noting at the time that the battery was only around 25% charged I didn't consider it a big deal, and went about my business. However, after charging it over nite I find that my battery life is for all intents and purposes exactly as it was before they replaced the battery. So, did they replace the battery, install a defective battery, or what? I will update this review after I have the chance to go back and see what they can do to resolve the situation.
