In the past I've had way too many encounters with service advisors and mechanics blatantly attempting to take advantage of a woman. My Aunt had the same experiences, so when she recommended this place I tried them. Today was probably the fourth time I've taken my 2004 vehicle to them over the past year and a half. I can say that I've been completely satisfied with every visit. They have never treated me like an idiot or with condescension. Instead, I feel like I've been treated with respect and provided excellent service. They take the time to explain what they find on the car and answer any questions in as much detail as I need. While advising what parts and services they recommend, they do not push for anything extraneous. I've never needed to return because something wasn't fixed right the first time either. A few months ago I suggested my 21 year old nephew take his car there after a dealer gave him an outrageous estimate and what I felt was bad information. The dealer led him to believe that it would cost him over $2,000 to get his car to pass the state inspection. Hartman's looked at the vehicle and told him it was all cosmetic damage and would not affect the state inspection at all. I believe I've found an honest place and feel like I can trust them with my vehicle (and I don't do that easily).
Excellent service. Highly recommended. Staff is very knowledgeable.
