During this terrible experience, One particular customer had a "royal" treatment , by giving them 2 full hours and over that time had 3 associates help. With all the associates helping this customer, the 2 studios remained COMPLETELY open. By the time we get to our appointment we will have little time for pictures and even picking them (the same reason that customer ruined our time here). I have small children here with me, all ranging from 1 year to 12 years. I am so so disappointed in portrait innovations for this 1 star rating. Only because it wouldn't let me put 0 stars
