EC & S has been servicing our heat pumps for several years. Their service technicians are always courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Lately, Roger has been assigned to service our heat pumps. We are very comfortable having Roger in our home. He always puts the "booties" over his work boots when entering the house, even though we tell him it really isn't necessary. Roger services the units in a timely manner, and always has time to explain what he did while he was here. E C & S is a very good company to do business with.
