Famous Footwear

The employees at Famous Footwear are rude and unpleasant. Honestly, I would rather go to Payless to buys shoes. Payless employees, offer to help costumers unlike Famous Footwear employees just stare at you when you are shopping. First off, Payless has shoe brands, the same as Famous Footwear, and are more affordable then Famous Footwear. My mother lost her coupon and the store couldn't give her the discount that was on the coupon. On the other hand, Payless could give her the discount on the coupon with no problem. Therefore, I gave Famous Footwear an one star rating and Payless a five star rating. Both stores neighbor each other.
