This is the first time I have ever dined at this chain restaurant. The gift shop as you enter is filled with "country" type items..like chicken mugs, farm animal calendars..it took us a minute to find the entrance to the actual restaurant. Once seated, a real fire keeps the feet warm. Menu has a nice variety of country/rustic type meals. Seating is close together so it does get majorly loud at times. The one thing that was distracting throughout our meal was employees like managers pacing back and forth in front of the restaurant talking, pointing, evaluating something. I kept turning around to see what they were pointing at.
