Wasn't pleased with the way business was done here. Went in to get a vehicle inspected and paided for the inspection only to be told I needed to replace 2 items. Instead of having them replace them (they were easy to fix) I chose to replace the parts from the local auto part store and return within the 7 days allotted. When I return I am now told I need to replace 2 more additional parts before I can be completed with the inspection process. When I gave them authorization to replace the parts and got my vehicle home I found that the one part was already damaged I couldn't get the vehicle back to the store to inform them because of time constraints so I left it be and took it as a loss (they probably would have billed me a second time to replace it anyways the way things already went). Jiffy Lube definitely needs to reevaluate their inspection process to lead to better customer experiences as you just lost a customer.
