This store have overall treated me well over the years but it has never impressed. Tonight, the store stooped to an all time low in customer service and giving feedback including from one of the pharmacist. I had a notification that my prescription could be filled 3/19/2017 but the laws allow me to request refills 2 days in advance to stay up to date with my medicines. I attempted to pick up my prescription this evening (3/18/2017) and was oddly denied. In a confusing manner, the pharmacist explained to me that I should have had the ability to pick up this prescription on 3/15/2017 due to it being a 30 day supply and the original script being written on 2/15/2017. To add to the confusion, the pharmacist went on to inform me I would not be able to pick up my prescription until 3/23/2017. This was a completely random date and the pharmacist was unable to give me any explanation why the dates were so different. I showed him proof on my phone that my prescription should be allowed to be picked up with the correct dates but he did not believe my information and denied giving me any medicine. My prescription is filled and sitting at the pharmacy but he said "he cannot administer my medicine before 3/23/2017 without your psychiatrist's permission." This is not normal procedure at all for picking up my medicine. He would not even give me medicine to hold me over until the date he made up (3/23/2017.) I am extremely disappointed I am left without my medicine due your incompetent staff and technology within the store. How can you come up with a random date with no reasoning and ignore the direct proof I presented as well as your pharmacist saying I had the ability to pick it up on 3/15/2017. I will be following up with store management
