simply not impressed.. I brought my watch in for a simple spring bar repair and was grossly overcharged for the service. I took a second to reach out to their corporate office in regards to it prior to leaving a review and they told me they couldn't comment on the cost of repairs of other Jeweler's. It was their store! Either way I would be cautious and ask for pricing upfront and affirm the work was done correctly as in this case it was not..
