I saw a used vehicle on the Jones Honda website. Good looking car with a fair price. I drove in to look at it and sure enough it was "sold". Of course, my name and phone number was inquired so I can be notified when other cars fitting my specs come in. Normal good sales practice. The thing is ... after a week, the same "sold" car is still on the website. That was when I knew I was baited. The car probably was never there or has been sold for a long time. It was deliberately left there as a bait for dummies like myself to come in or to inquire so they can get my info to sell other cars. Well, THAT is a turn-off for me. I, as a consumer, do not like to be played. Once I lose that trust, I won't deal with the dealer at any cost. So my interaction with the dealer is minimal, but it was enough for me to walk away. Anyway, beware of baits from this dealership.
Bad experience in the body shop. Initial estimate for fixing grill damage: $666. Estimate after starting the work: $1100. Seriously? You take time to do an estimate on a grill, and end up almost double. Not sure if is because of inexperience or dishonesty, you be the judge. This turned from a cash deal to a claim. I suggest you go elsewhere for your work to be done. Can’t imagine the up charge on something more than a cracked grill.
