DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! After my tire blew out, I took my 2015 a3 here. Even though I told them prior to service that my tires we covered under the Audi road hazard (Dealer Tire) program, they still charged me the $212 for the tire. When I call to try to get my money back, I get told by Jake that "He will look into it and call me back in a few minutes". I of course never get a call back.
