I read a review about being closed when they should be open. All I can say is, they are not open if it is raining or was raining most of the day. For obvious reasons. Great for a quick wash, beats touch less, actually gets your car clean. Not as cheap as the neighborhood kids but no scratches either. Under body wash is a must in the winter.
