Only rated one star because nothing lower available... my daily driver pickup lost reverse I took the valve body out and saw the reverse band wore down to metal on metal. Adjusted the band tighter and still barely had reverse so this shop was closest to me. Tried calling Thursday and Friday at different times a day finally got thru on Monday to find out they don't rebuild granny's they sell jasper trans and put them into your vehicle, the man needed my vin number so he said he would call me right back to get the vin after I went outside to get it. Never got a call tried to call back and nothing goes to voicemail even left multiple voicemails and nothing. This place seems like a joke, I'm a diesel mechanic I should quit my job and become a "transmission shop" since all they do is replace transmissions and apparently are so busy with replacing them they don't need anymore buisiness.
