Although I don't enjoy having accidents, I'm very happy with the service and Friendlyness of the staff. Especially at the progressive Drive Thru Inspection Center in Malvern, Pa. They explained everything to me perfectly, and they have a very nice, comfortable waiting room, with refreshments. I have a bad back, comfort is important to me. The Pepperidge Farm Goldfish were an added treat. Plus they did a minor repair for me, I greatly appreciate.
