Overpriced. Aggressive/harassing employers. This company is not worth buying from nor working for.

got 14 windows installed 12 years ago, main reason for choosing castle was because of the lifetime warranty, installation was very professional, but quality of windows is horrible. all windows have brown stains inside between the panes that can not be cleaned off, after calling to file a warranty claim was told that a different castle company did the install and now they are out of business, so the company that i was able to reach, which had the same name and logo said they won't honor any warranties. complete scam, stay away....
