Great company with a lot of opportunity to make good money when you have a great team getting you loads and keeping you productive. However I find the case with a lot of our other drivers I have talked to, available time is often wasted. Often find myself waiting till the next afternoon to pick up a load after empty with a full or almost full clock remaining with 200 miles most of the time less empty miles to get there. I would have thought that it’s the places we deliver that burn up your clock sitting in their doors but for me and sure it’s the case with others it’s been a combination of both the customer and internal plan operations. Believe my last chance to stay will be to maybe try out the dry side.
