Came in and traded in for a Jeep. Great price and even better service from Dave Bowkett. Dave was great working out the financing. I appreciated the one step process and not having to switch from one staff member to another. We really couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the process. Really appreciated the local touch to the entire sales experience!

Sales department is very good. The service department is a joke. Prepare to be ripped off. I have had two separate situations where they didn't preform the requested service and another where they installed substandard parts which failed. I hope this information gets out to prevent others from what I went through.
