Associates have awful attitudes. I'm in customer service and I was completely shocked on how they treated me. I pay almost 400$ for 3 phones and when the service is terrible and I went to address the issue or see how much it was to get out of my contract if need be they gave me a smug attitude and none the less basically said go ahead and leave. No quality service
