I have nothing but gratitude for the people who spent hours working on my car. It was a process with upgrading the radio in my car, but they got the job done and it was great, high quality work. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. This is an excellent place with workers who know what they're doing and who get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of audio work done on their car.

Screwed up install. Crossed inputs somehow. The front outputs powered the left front and left rear speakers; the rear outputs the right front/right rear. The system sounded like crap due stereo separation going to the front /rear instead of left/right. I asked if they could fix it and the said it was my speakers and found nothing wrong. I fixed the problem myself. There was also bad alternator whine which the also would not fix. The Boston amp that the sold me was outputting signal noise from day one. Other issues included wiring that looked like it was spliced with a dull pocket knife and a crossover left dangling under the dash. I secured it with a piece of Velcro and it didn't take more than two minutes. The Boston amp blew a channel. and a I went back to them to install a JL Audio amp. This was mistake #2. While "tuning" the system, the turned the gain on my subwoofer amp to "max" and my JL subwoofer is now blown. They also did not bother to secure the amp. In summary, I paid $70.00 to connect and tune an amp (all cables were already in place). They broke my subwoofer and i had to re do the in install. These people either do not know what they are doing or simply don't care. On second thought, probably both. On top of that they are incredibly rude. They will never touch my system again. Lesson learned.
