Sarku Japan

This establishment has very poor customer service and management skills. After the way I was treated rudely after spending money there over a miscommunication of a transaction, I asked for a refund and had security called on me because I spoke up for myself and did not tolerate the disrespect. I rarely go the mall but when I do I do not eat in the food court. I prefer the places that surround it. Was there with family and wouldnt have been there otherwise. I will NEVER go back to that Sarku Japan!! & would NEVER recommend you do it either. There are 2 similar food places in the food court that serve similar food. Do yourself a favor & try those!
