If I could give negative stars I would. My fiancé was taken by ambulance last night to this “emergency room” seemed more like a group of teenagers bullying people rather than healthcare professionals. They literally laughed at him as he lay in their hospital bed in tears, treating him like a lying criminal, rufusing to manage his pain. They came in yelling at him for asking for the head nurse telling him they weren’t servicing him. Now correct me if I’m wrong but a hospital can not deny anyone of service and it is inhuman to tell someone they are lying about the pain they are feeling. We took him to Forbes, he ended up having a 1.5 inch kidney stone in his f****** urethra so excuse him for being in pain and upset. These idiots all need fired. I would not trust them touching me or my family. They should have their licenses revoked. We will be contacting a lawyer, and we will make sure those heartless people know they are disgusting humans.

I wish there was a -10!! The worst experience ever!! They need to replace most of the people who were involved in my painful visit to the er today! Rude,extremely lazy, no compassion...need I go on(I can ) I was thrown out in handcuffs in a wheelchair and refused discharge papers. This was all after laying in the bed over 2 hrs and waiting in the waiting room about 45 minutes without complaint. It started with my not wanting morphine because at 68 yrs. old I know what doesn't work for my pain. The Dr. said they had to give me morphine first and if it didn't work they'll try something else...... I known it doesn't work!! Two nights before I was in UPMC Shadyside..( diagnosed with a kidney stone) I asked them to see what they gave me....it worked. I was back here(1 bus to the door) because the pain med(oxycodone made me sick and I needed antinflamatory. I had 2 bully hospital security guards who assaulted me....cuffed me and a nurse who lied on me. I have to say the little lady technician who ( was finally) able to draw my blood and the young lady who did my ultrasound were very professional and good at their jobs!! The nurse I had and the dr I had need to be dismissed along with the 2 abusive security bullies!! I'm old enough to be their mother.... possibly their grandmother and was treated like a criminal for being in excruciating pain!!!
