Children's Community Pediatrics - Moon

I am giving this practice a single star based on the availability to schedule yearly child exams only. I have consistently called for the past several months trying to schedule a yearly exam for my children in August and have been told that they physician schedules are not available. I called again today May 7th and the scheduler suggested that I plan to call back every week to see if the schedules are available. As a consumer and patient in this practice, I feel that this is unacceptable. I do find that my children get very good care here and love the practice overall but I cannot invest this much of my time trying to schedule appointments.

We LOVE Children's Community Pediatric.....every visit is thorough and we leave with all questions answered. The nurses are wonderful and super nice to the kiddos. All the Dr's we have seen have been amazing and kind. I love that they offer the ability to speak to a nurse on the phone-----I must have called and had worries or concerns 6 times in the past two weeks with all these viruses ....and the nurses always take so much time to discuss each concern---never rushes you on the phone.....is thorough in our discussions and I never hang up the phone without feeling reassured. They talk to you as a nurse and a worried parent! Lucky to have this practice in our area!

We have been going to this practice for 14 years and should have left a couple of years ago. The practice is going downhill with EXTREMELY rude staff. The nurses enjoy inflicting pain on our children, the office staff are rude and vindictive and the one doctor shows that she has power over others by withholding information that is required by school. I personally witnessed today the office staff laughing and complaining about a Hispanic family today that ccp had their name spelled wrong and then mocked another family with two young boys. Then another doctor spoke to my son I a very inappropriate way regarding a very personal topic. Stay away if you can. Again, we should have left 2 years ago.
