Chalfont Family Practice

Been going here for years. Wife has been going here since she was a kid. Now our kids come here too. Shaeffer is our primary (and is awesome, caring, and a personal approach). The other doctors (and staff) are also amazing. It's nice and comforting, to know that we have a great medical support team there for us when we need it.
