Dunkin' Donuts

Woman at drive through had no idea what melt the sugar meant and when I tried to tell her said they couldn't do that. Put a tiny amount of whip cream in my nieces coolata and said they could only give us the "standard" amount. I said I'd pay extra for more and again " We can't do that" Crappy customer service!

Great coffee, but the breakfast isn't worth the wait. Ice cream is good though
