Awful service. My wedding was yesterday and I had rented a tent, table, linens, dance floor, and chairs. I was told what we had would accommodate 70 people very comfortably. After reassuring and emailing several times over the course of a few months, I was told everything would be perfect and exactly how we wanted it. I explained about needing a heat lamp they told me to wait until the week of and would have plenty. When I received my confirmation a few days before, it was put in as a quote and not booked even though they received my deposit months back. I had to call and they assured me delivery would be Thursday between 10-2. After 2 on Thursday, I called and they claimed there was a mixup so it would be delivered Friday. They also said heat lamps were not available. We specifically asked for Thursday because of the weather so we had to go out buy heat lamps to try out the tent. When we set our tent up.. the order we were assured did not accommodate 70 people. Only 50. We asked for a new tent and an extra table that day and we were told "it's Saturday. We can't get a delivery".. after back and forth they finally delivered what we needed to accommodate our guests and their third mixup. On top of all that, they charged me for their mixup over $300! As a small business owner myself.. we believe in customer service and treating them to the best of our ability. It was unnecessary stress on my wedding day that could have easily been avoided had they just treated a paying customer kindly.
Great company, we've always had great customer service for our family parties. Very accommodating customer service that is more than willing to help.We used their tent for my daughters outdoor wedding. The tent was delivered in more than enough time for everything to get set up and the boys who set it up were friendly and it looked really nice.
