HOWEVER, they refused to talk with your insurance adjuster, stopping the insurance from covering the work. Stating they do not talk with 3rd parties.
They did HOWEVER, supply the details, with photos, to a public adjuster we had not hired.
Why will they not supply the details to our insurance company?
Why did they give this information to a public adjuster we had not hired? How much of a kick-back is there?
I must question their ethics.
