Olyphant Self Storage

When I first came to this facility it seemed like a great place. I was WRONG! Liz, the owner, was incredibly nasty to us. She adamantly REFUSED to let us into the gate to our storage unit despite the fact that we were told we would have access to our unit 24 hours a day. She hung up the phone on me when I expressed to her that it was imperative I retrieve some of my personal items from the unit and absolutely would not answer her phone to speak with me again. I would never ever ever ever ever recommend this facility to anyone under any circumstances. The ONLY redeeming factor about the place is a very pleasant staff member named Leah who was always pleasant to speak with. Perhaps it isn't the facility itself but the person in charge of things. I hope that she never has to experience an emergency like the one we find ourselves in. We will be moving all of our belongings to a different storage facility Monday morning first thing.
