I’ve been here twice now in one week seeking treatment for flu-like symptoms and the lack of bedside manner from both doctors I’ve had is haunting. I’ve never written a negative review for an organization before but both times I’ve waited only to have a doctor speak to me for less than 5 minutes and then send me off to the pharmacy, feeling more perplexed than when I walked in. I just left after having a doctor seemingly use my medical history against me, as I have been coughing/ fighting a sore throat to the point of a lost voice for six days and was told that if I had just used my inhaler I would have been fine. I tried speaking with my lost voice and the doctor rudely barked “WHAT?! I can’t hear you” despite me trying so hard to speak up that the pain caused me to tear up (this was followed be a “why are you crying”, but that’s beside the point). The front office staff is so kind that it’s a shame everything falls so sharply downhill once your vitals are done being taken. AVOID.
Been going to Patient First for years and always have had good experiences, however, my experience yesterday was less than desirable, will not go into detail, but a lesson on proper bedside manner on one of the nurses on that day would be greatly beneficial, when you choose to to use a facility like this , you would expect a certain level of compassion, it is a shame the actions of one can change the opinion of what were many great experiences on previous visits... its not like I am limited to other clinics like this are not nearby, .I will not be returning.
