Two stars only because their main staff is usually very easy going. Their new hires, not all, but many are very rude. I went in today and they didn’t complete my order because they didn’t have an item that they’re promoting on the mobile app. When I told them that I didn’t want anything to replace it, the woman making the food started talking about me with me right behind her. I asked for my money back and she said they don’t refund the mobile app and then continued to complain about me not taking the food (that i didn’t get the order since they don’t have it to order yet). I felt obligated to order food, so i ordered something of the same value and they wanted to charge me for it. I questioned that if they’re promoting something and don’t have it, why do they have it on the app and why can’t they just comp this meal since I didn’t know that they didn’t have the food in. I didn’t even get the right 2nd order, which i felt was to be spiteful for questioning why they couldn’t refund me. They never update what they have on their mobile app, which makes it hard for the “on-the-go” people.
