I walked in to K & A feeling nervous about the technicalities of getting my car registered in the state after moving. When I walked out, I felt confident that everything was taken care of. The office itself wasn't exactly welcoming, but the staff were very quick and organized. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off, but I did feel as if I was being considered stupid because I wasn't completely familiar with the ins and outs of auto-tagging. They did their jobs well, but they weren't happy about it.
