I was sent to this practice by my physician after he realized my "sprain" was a bone break. Dr. Brinkley was the doctor I saw there, and I have a distinct feeling that she is swamped with patients that she literally flies in after about a 15 to 25 -minute wait, quickly glances at your break, sends you for an x-ray and makes you wait again, after which she sees you for a minute or so and leaves again. WITHOUT TELLING YOU YOUR DIAGNOSIS. Because who the hell are you to know what is wrong with your bones.
The second time I came in, the X-ray tech looked very displeased that I was there, she was short and one step away from rude with me. There was an incredible amount of carelessness flaunted in my face when I was on the x-ray table. And they barely gave me time to put my ace bandage and the boot back on. I was clearly encroaching in their very busy schedule.
Then I decided to look for another doctor and called the Muscle, Bone & Joint Center to get copies of the X-Rays, only to be informed that they only make copies once a week. And it takes about a week to get them. Really? In this day and age you are still making film x-rays and your patients have to wait a week to get them? Wow. Let us see how well they do with that.
