Seal Roofing

Dishonest. Was asked to repair a roof leak and claims to have put on a whole new roof instead and emailed a bill to me for almost $4000. When asked why he would do this without my permission he stated 'Oh, it was a misunderstanding'. He NEVER provided pictures as requested, before or after, and there is no contract as to what he was supposed to do. I made it very clear I was seeking a few estimates and feel taken advantage of. How dare he alter my property without my permission? Now he has an attorney named Gelb sending me threatening mailings regarding payment. Caveat emptor-I will see them in court!
