Shampoo Bar Salon & Conditioning

I was having breakfast at Hinge and figured I’d walk across the street to Shampoo bar and see if they had an opening for shampoo and blow dry. So I did! And I was in there for 2-3 minutes (Felt like forever lol) and everyone including the staff just stared at me didn’t even greet me or say hi, then finally one lady looked at me and aggressively asked, “How can I help you?!” I asked “oh was just wondering if you guys were available for just a shampoo and blow dry” she replied aggressively again smh “No!” I said oh? Thank you! And waited if she was going to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment but she just walked away!!! Rude terrible customer service. I get it we have bad days but that was just above and beyond Rude especially for someone walking in there for the first time and who might have been a regular who tips very well.
