Banked with WF for many years. Never have any problems! I'm sticking with them.

This place is very poor in service. I was there to close a deposit box for my mom and they made us waited for almost 3 hours before calling me in and when I told them what we wanted to do, she tell us she can't do it today come back tomorrow. Her accuse was that she need to order this form in order to do it, which I found out was B.S. She was trying to chase us out because it was closing time. I will never recommend anyone to open an account here and my mom will be taking her money to a better bank.
