Although I had some difficulties with the paperwork of a Line of Credit Loan - the folks on the phone didn't know what the folks in the branch do - these guys were SO very helpful and attentive and did whatever they had to - including calling us personally as things moved through the process - that it turned a potentially bad situation into a great experience. Kudos to this branch manager and crew!
I asked to change $10 for the roll of quarters. I was refused because I am not a bank customer. GREAT costumer service!!!! Will I want to be a customer after such an experience? I think no
