Molyneaux Tile Carpet Wood

My salesperson, Cindy, really listened to what I was looking for. She brought the samples that fit my goals. She didn't bombard me with samples that didn't fit my criteria. She was punctual too, which I appreciate. My installer was professional, and careful with our appliances. He took his time and made sure my kitchen looked as good as a showroom. I love my new floor. It has been 9 years waiting for it and Molyneux eased the process.

Made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. The salesman (Bill Pollock) was very professional and easy to deal with. Very happy with the carpet that we selected. Instillation was great and the carpet looked great. Only problem that occurred was that we were told we would get a call the morning of the instillation between 7-9. By 10 am we hadn't received a call so I called Bill and he got back to me with a response with in 5 minutes with a time that they would be arriving for the install. Overall we will be doing business with them in the future for replacing the carpet in the rest of the house.
