Rusmur Floors Carpet One Floor & Home of Murrysville

$810 for a 10x14 outdoor porch to be installed. I don't mind the money but the installer spilled a container of carpet adhesive on the new carpet and did nothing to clean it up, he just left. I called and I was told I could clean it up myself. Told them to get out here and clean it. Obviously, all the glue didn't come out. Their solution was to cut a square of carpet out and stick a new square in. I asked them to re-install the carpet, I did not want a cut square of carpet in the middle of my porch. I was told they would ask the owner. Called and called, still have not heard back. This job was done the beginning of August 2012. There are way too many flooring companies out there in Pittsburgh to choose from so I would advise staying away from Rusmur.
