I had a great experience. I walked in and was taken right away. Oxana did an amazing job with my cut and color and gave me tips along the way to keep my hair looking great.

I had my haircut there a couple of weeks ago. l Had a photo which I knew couldn't be copied, but it showed the gist of what I wanted, leaving the length in the back with some longer layers in the back and sides with a little shorter layers on top (not a mullet). I specifically told her I wanted the length in the back so the scars on my neck would not be noticeable. I also told her I wanted the length on the sides so my hair would not be "poofy" She did want she wanted and when done exactly the opposite! The hair dresser was so happy with how the back looked but when I told her I didn't like the sides she said just put it behind your ears! And yes, my scar is noticeable. Not a good experience.
