I took my friends vehicle in to renew her registration for her because she is out of town. I could not register it because they needed her signature. Really? You need a signature to renew the registration WHEN I'M PAYING FOR IT??!? I'd write more but I HAVE TO GO TRY TO REGISTER SOMEONE ELSE'S VEHICLE THAT I DON'T KNOW. (Pittsburgh sucks.)
