John Kennedy Subaru

I had the distinct pleasure of visiting John Kennedy Subaru to get an inspection and I can tell you with certainty that I will be returning from now on. From the moment you arrive at service, you feel welcomed. Not only because the door opens for you so you can drive in but also because you are immediately greeted by a knowledgeable, friendly staff member. Assuming the visit is scheduled, they know why you are there and get right to it. After confirming a few things, the car was off towards the back garage for the inspection. I was escorted to the waiting area where I expected a dingy couple of seats and stuffy air. However, I was surprised to find a clean, refreshing space. There was a nice clean showroom nearby with well kept cars and, one again, staff willing to help just in case you are ready for new car :) My wait was short (or at least it felt short) and I was once again back at the service desks to finalize the process. Payment was a snap and I was out of there in no time. Oh, and how could I forget the complimentary car wash that had my car looking nice, clean and shiny. What a great experience with great people. I might even say I’m excited for the next visit!
