Sundeck of plymouth meeting completed my pool deck approximately 2 years ago. We were extremely pleased with the finished product after it was complete, it really was beautiful. The second year when we opened the pool we had immediate chipping around the bullnose of pool. It took many many calls speaking with Lori. Owner Mike Foreman never got involved. Had workers come out finally and workers said it was the concrete was deteriorating which was bogus! They did repaint. This year was the same issue we started calling and emailing in May and they kept telling us all summer we are on the schedule! Then they have rain delays or they are busy! Today they finally came and said to my husband that it is the concrete around bullnose is "soft" They speak to the customers like you are stupid! The deck was treated with multiple layers but they did not wrap the different layers around the bullnose! They just painted it! Of course it will chip and crack when in contact with water and the natural elements! Thats why they need to complete the process right. Today they would not fix it just gave my husband paint and drove off. Wow what a disappointment and how people like this stay in business is beyond me. Mike you have a nice product if done correctly, and if you stood behind your work.....bad business ethics. Do the right thing the next time this happens to a customer. By reading your reviews this has obviously happened before, I should have done my homework. No need to respond.. best of luck..
